Analysis of vibration signal of diamond roller grinding

According to the non-linear and non-stationary characteristics of vibration signal in roller grinding manufacturing process, background signals, namely when grinder is idling during contact grinding, are collected separately, decomposed into multiple by method CEEMDAN modal decomposition. Then several components removed correlation analysis. Finally, denoised analyzed wavelet threshold denoising, which lays foundation for digital intelligent diamond rollers curve grinders. The results show that most noise low frequency, mainly caused internal friction machine tool; frequency distributed around two frequencies 250hz 350hz.
